With over 30 years of experience, Stefano has held key roles in the financial industry, including portfolio management, proprietary trading, and risk management. This unique blend of experience has equipped him with a deep understanding of market dynamics and a strong track record of success.

Stefano holds a Master in Economics and Social Sciences from Università Bocconi and is a CFA charterholder. He completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School and obtained the Certificate in Corporate Governance from INSEAD.

With nearly two decades of experience, Luigi has developed deep expertise across a broad range of asset classes, with a particular focus on fixed income and credit. He has successfully managed a wide range of credit portfolios, including investment-grade and high-yield corporate bonds, distressed debt, and structured products.

Luigi graduated from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Business Administration, is a CFA charterholder and PLDA at Harvard Business School.

With over a decade of experience in the investment industry, Guillaume started his career in a quantitative role working on credit, interest rate and FX risk models for a major bank, before moving to the buy-side to manage a multi-currency balance-sheet and credit portfolio that included foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit derivatives.

Guillaume holds a Master in Economic & Financial Engineering from Université Dauphine Paris, has an engineering degree in Applied Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique Universitaire de Nice, and is a CFA charterholder.

With nearly three decades of experience in the investment industry, Andrea brings a wealth of expertise to Alba. He spent 17 years as a senior executive at Securis Investment Partners, a leading alternative asset management firm specializing in insurance-linked securities. Joining Securis in its early stages, he was instrumental to its growth. Prior to Securis, Andrea worked 11 years as an interest rate derivatives trader and strategist at Morgan Stanley.

Andrea's deep understanding of alternative asset management, coupled with his experience scaling a successful business, is invaluable to Alba.

Andrea holds a degree in financial and monetary economics from Università Bocconi.

Henrik brings over 30 years of banking and wealth management experience to Alba, including more than two decades in the Swiss financial market. As a partner and board member of BHA Partners AG, he played a key role in the firm's portfolio growth and FINMA license acquisition. His background also includes extensive directorship experience in Swiss and European companies.

Henrik's knowledge of the Swiss market will be key in helping Alba navigate the local regulatory environment and expanding Alba's foothold in Switzerland.

Henrik holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lund in Sweden.

Balint brings nearly two decades of asset management experience to Alba. As the founding and managing partner of Forestay Group since 2011, he oversees a fund management company with significant assets under management in an EU-regulated structure.

A successful entrepreneur, Balint's experience building a company from the ground up will be invaluable in helping Alba navigate the challenges of its early stages.

Balint holds a degree in Business and Management from Budapest University, is a CFA charterholder, and PLDA at Harvard Business School.
